Why are we conducting this contest?
Almost every person dreams of having a good paying job after their graduation, so that they can contribute to the well-being of their family, and lead a happy life.
More often than not a lot of people aren’t able to fulfil this desire of having a good job and a stable life. Let’s explore the reasons due to which their dreams remain unfulfilled.
- They weren’t able to secure a place in the Tier-1 colleges
- Unsure as to which stream to choose — Arts, Science or commerce?
- Lack of resources to pursue higher studies?
- …and the list goes on
This leading to millions of people unhappy with their careers looking for opportunities and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
Every year we come across the news that the average salaries of Tier-1 colleges is this much, a select few get crores in salary compensations and more often than not we wonder why we can’t do it?
We come across this conclusion that they knows coding and we don’t and even if we know some amount of coding, we make peace with the fact that they did programming through their entire college life, and that’s what got them crores in salaries, which is not true.
But what if we tell you — “Even the best programmers in the world had written this piece of code when they started programming”
#include<stdio.h>int main(){
printf("Hello World\\n");
return 0;
}
If you want to be a great coder, you need to be challenging yourself and solving problems.
Coding is one of those skills which acts as a leveller — It provides people learning this skill with the same opportunities that everyone had when they learned to code.
With this, let’s introduce Masai School — A silent revolution in education, where we have trained 100+ students to become software developers by training, skilling, and lots of deliberate practice, and all of this in just 30 weeks.
